Fees

Advocatenkantoor M.R. van der Linde offers one-off consultations, as well as more extensive advice and comprehensive legal support.

One-off consultation
Your lawyer may or may not charge you a (reduced) fee for a one-off consultation of up to one hour. We will let you know whether you will need to pay for this first meeting, and if so, how much you will be charged, when arranging the appointment. Any fee is payable at the end of the meeting.

Comprehensive legal support
If you are in need of comprehensive legal support, your lawyer will find out if you are eligible for state-funded legal aid during the first meeting. Clients who are not eligible for state-funded legal aid and take unsubsidised legal advice will be billed based on their lawyer’s hourly rate. Additional expenses may also be payable.
